Mandy spent five years as a management accountant in industry, which helps her to understand the needs of a demanding finance environment.

She moved into recruitment in 2001, specialising in finance and moving from transactional roles to all levels of accountancy. Mandy joined Chris Hayes Associates to focus on the industry side of the business and recruit for smaller regional accountancy practices.

Her drive and enthusiasm makes her popular with clients and candidates alike and she works with them on various roles from part-qualified to early career progression roles, including credit control, credit management, transactional and part and recently qualified finance opportunities.
